Art Education
Fur, Fins, and Feathers
Place: Bolivar Peninsula Cultural Foundation (studio)
Dates: Tuesday’s September 9, 16, 23, & 30
Time: 6-8 PM
Cost: $60.00 per student
Fur, Fins, and Feathers will be a class where students
may choose from one of these categories and will accomplish one painting
of the students’ choice. Each student should bring one or more
reference photos of the subject they select. Please make sure the
reference is of high quality and is usable.
We will discuss anatomy, drawing ability, and painting
styles.
Students can paint in the medium of their choice and have
a canvas or paper size between 12" x 16" to
16" x 20".
We will also have demonstrations of various painting
techniques to help understand the painting process trough a variety of
styles.
The class should be fun and rewarding for all and help in
future Wildlife paintings.
